The cathodic deposition of Cu on Pt from DMF, ACN and MeOH solutions has been investigated by chronopotentiometric method. The electrodeposition processes are irreversible. The cathodic reactions are complicated by adsorption processes. In the presence of the Cl-ions in DMF and ACN the cathodic waves are distorted. Zusammenfassung-Die kathodische Abscheidung von Cu auf Pt aus DMF-, AON-und MeOH-Lijsungen wurde mit chronopotentiometrischen Methoden untersucht. Die Abscheidungsvorgange sind irreversibel. Die kathodischen Reaktionen werden durch Adsorptionsprozesse kompliziert. In Gegenwart von Chloridionen in DMF und AON werden die kathodischen Wellen verzerrt.
