1,6-dichlorohexane (DCH) is a solvent with a low permittivity (ε = 8.8) in which ion-pairing affects electrolytic solutions. This can be noticed from voltammetric experiments at a microinterface between water (W) and DCH. Because most ion-association constants are unknown, the experimental measureme
