ZnO-SDS hybrid thin films were grown on ITO glass using the potentiostatic electrodeposition route from aqueous zinc nitrate solution containing surfactant sodium dodecyle sulfanate (SDS). The electrochemical process of the hybrid films was analyzed by comparing the cyclic voltammetric curve and cur
