Electrochemical behavior of DNA at C 60 :␥-cyclodextrin (C 60 :␥-CD) and Nafion chemically modified electrodes in aqueous solution was investigated. It was found that C 60 :␥-CD is capable of mediating the electron transfer to DNA, showing two-way electrocatalytic activity toward DNA.
