✦ Synopsis
We report on a tunable quasilumped element bandstop resonator using a high-temperature superconductor and a strontium barium titanate bilayer. The application of a bias ¨oltage produces a tuning of the stopband. Also, by comparing measured results with simulation, the dielectric permitti¨ity and loss tangent of strontium barium titanate ha¨e been extracted. At zero bias and 15 K, these are found to be about 430 and 0.019, respecti¨ely.
