## Abstract SnO~2~ nanocrystalline thin films were prepared by a spray pyrolysis method on glass substrates at 375, 400, 425, 450 and 500 Β°C. Structural, optical and electrical properties of these films were studied by X‐ray diffraction, UV–visible and four‐probe methods. The change in electrical c
