## Abstract We report results of electrical resistivity and tunnelling spectroscopy studies of carbon doped EuB~6~ showing a colossal magnetoresistance effect. Performed tunnelling spectroscopy studies confirm a metallic‐like nature of the system. The electrical resistivity studies reveal, it is a
