โฆ Synopsis
The electrlcal conductlvlty of anhydrous films of cytochrome cg contaming a trace of hydrogenase as a reducing c&a&a was measured III the temperature rmon from 230 to 383 K. where cytochrome cg changes from the Ferrous to the Ferric state under a hydrogen atmosphere The value of the electrical reslstlvity of ferrocytochrome cg reached 8 SZ cm at the munmum at 286 K The activation energies of the resutlvlty for fern-and ferro-cytochrome cg are 15.5 and 2.15 eV, xspectlvely. Further, the conductmty of tlus film was also measured ds a function of hydrogen pressure at 296 K. As a relation Setween the hydrogen pressure (P) and the electric current (f), we obtamed I = a(P/P&.
where PO = 100 kpa. This rehtion agrees with the results of our previous work.
