β¦ Synopsis
Electrical conductivity and thermal properties of Li,Fe,(PO,), single crystals have been studied over a wide temperature range. The phase transformation detected at 483 K by DSC is accompanied by an anomaly of the conductivity for crystals oriented along the b-axis. The transition to the high-temperature fast ionic phase is observed at about 588 K for crystals oriented along [ 1011 and [ lOi] directions. The highest conductivity is observed for measurements perpendicular to the b-axis.
