✦ Synopsis

Electric field induced transitions have been observed in the J = 5-4 transition of ND3 using the 1539.7 GHz emission Line of the DCN maser. Improved values of DJ= 5.882 MHz ZindDJK = -10.475 MHz are obtained for the centrifugal distorrion constants.

Recently it has been shown that molecules with vibration-rotation transitions, or pure rotational transitions, close to laser lines may be

A study of the kinetics of reorientation of a uniaxially aligned nematic liquid crystal (4-pentyl-4'-cyanobiphenyl) under the influence of an external ac electric field is reported. Step-scan FT-IR was employed for the acquisition of the dynamic linear dichroism spectra. 2D FT-IR frequency correlat
