Electric field induced transitions have been observed in the J = 5-4 transition of ND3 using the 1539.7 GHz emission Line of the DCN maser. Improved values of DJ= 5.882 MHz ZindDJK = -10.475 MHz are obtained for the centrifugal distorrion constants.
