✦ Synopsis

We read with interest the report by Benit et al. [1] on the randomized study comparing the radial, femoral, and brachial approaches in coronary stenting. This is the second study to be published after the ACCESS Study, which involved a larger number of patients [2]. This study and its conclusions, which are more tempered in this particular paper than in another article in which the authors recommended the discontinuation of the radial approach, seem to be affected by the learning curve. Indeed, previous experience of 25 radial procedures was required to participate in this study.
