Using the beam of accelerated polarized protons, proton polarization was measured for elastic scattering protons in reaction 2"Si(p,p)28Si in the energy region 1.5-3.0 MeV and in 40Ca(p,p)40Ca in the energy region 2.3-2.8 MeV at the angle of 60" and 90" c.m. As a result of the investigation, total angular momentum for excited states of 2sP, .In = 3/2-, l/2+, l/2-was determined.

For states of %c with excited energy 3.729 and 3.769 MeV, .T* = l/2-. But instead of the state 3.467 MeV, two states with energy excitation 3.460 and 3.475 MeV with J= = l/2-were discovered.

All four investigated levels of 41Sc obviously are terms of multiplet of one-particle excited state.

Phase shifts analyses made it possible to obtain width of levels by energy dependence of polarization for the investigated level of nuclei.
