It is reported about a rare ease of combined misdevelopment of the arch of the atlas with dorsal aplasia of the arch and persistent tubereulum posterius and fissure formation in the anterior arch of the atlas and shortly discussed literature, development and differential diagnosis.

Zusammen/assung. Es wird fiber einen seltenen Fall yon kombinierter Atlasbogenfehlbildung mit dorsaler Bogenaplasie und persistierenden Tubereulum posterius und Spaltbildung im vorderen Atlasbogen beriehtct und kurz auf Literatur, Entwicklungsgeschiehte und Differentialdiagnose eingegangen.
