β¦ Synopsis
Abstract
The method developed for eigensolution for matrices of special structures in Kaveh and Sayarinejad (Commun. Numer. Meth. Engng 2003; 19: 125β136) is extended to a more general special form known as Form III. Efficient methods are presented for evaluating the eigenvalues and eigenvectors of these matrices. ## Abstract Many structural models can be generated as the graph products of two or three subgraphs known as their generators. The main types of graph products consist of Cartesian, strong Cartesian, direct, and lexicographic products. In this paper, a general method is presented for the factorizat
Target factor analysis is an important issue in the analysis of sensor array data as it allows one to test whether measurements contain only the substances with which a chemical sensor system was calibrated. In this paper a new approach based on the properties of random matrices is presented. The pr
## Abstract Individual differences are thought to influence the propensity for exposure to trauma and the subsequent development of postβtraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) symptoms. Prior research has identified preβexisting mood disorders as one such individual risk factor for traumatic events as we
