✦ Synopsis
p1-Methyl P3-(5'-guanosyl) triphosphate (CH3pppG), which exists as a unique structure at the 5'-terminal region of U6 RNA, was synthesized in an excellent yield by methyl phosphorimidazolidate (2c) with the bis(tetrabutylammonium) salt of GDP in the presence of ZnCI2 as an effective catalyst in dry DMF.
