Abstract
A computationally efficient technique is developed to precompute nonredundant elements for momentβmethod matrix. This technique reduces the solution time of moment of method (MoM) analysis by 20% to 40%, especially for modelling objects the size of several wavelengths. Β© 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. ## Abstract In this paper, we introduce a novel approach for an efficient solution of matrix equations arising in the method of moments (MoM) formulation of electromagnetic scattering problems. This approach is based on the characteristic basis functions (CBFs), which are used to substantially redu
The implementation of a recently proposed technique for evaluating matrix elements of the form <~I,j(r; R)I 0~I,l(r; R)/ ORa} r using analytic gradient techniques is described. The ~VK(r; R) are developed from state-averaged multiconfiguration self-consistent-field/configuration interaction (CI) wav
## Abstract This paper illustrates the application of Wynn's vector Ξ΅βalgorithm to solve a system of equations arising in the method of moments (MoM) solution of an electrostatic problem. Since the method is iterative, it does not require inversion of a matrix. The degree of accuracy of the solutio
## Abstract The iterative impedance matrix compression (IMC) method iteratively constructs and solves a reduced version of the method of moments (MoM) impedance matrix based on analysis of the error in fulfilling the original matrix equation. Hence, it is possible that some of the selected basis fu
