The magnetic properties of the new polymorphic FeIn 2 S 2 Se 2 compound are presented. The system crystallizes in the a-FeGa 2 S 4 structure at low temperatures, and undergoes a transition to a MgAl 2 S 4 -type structure at T48501C. For this high-temperature phase, low-field magnetization data show
