✦ Synopsis

Some molecules wirh more than 10 aroms and more than two rorsional degrees of freedom have state densities sufficient for rapid (IO'O s-l) intramolecular vibrational redistribution at energies as low as 0.25 kcal/mol. Predicted fearures of lo\-rcsolurron microaave (LRMW) band spectra of rapidly relaxing polar prolate molecules are discussed and compared with LRMIV cyectra of ethyl esters.
