## Abstract Fibronectin, a ubiquitous glycoprotein of the extracellular matrix, serves as a substrate for cell attachment. Binding to fibronectin through cellโ€surface receptors promotes a flattened cell shape, stimulates the phosphorylation of intracellular protein, and changes the pattern of gene
