## Aromatic polyamic acid alkyl ammonium salt exhibits very good transfer behavior under suitable deposition conditions. A superconducting thin film of YBapCusOx (YBCO) on Langmuir-Blodgett film (LB) has been obtained when the substrate temperature is higher than 5OOOC. Superconducting edge juncti
