## Abstract Reconstituted discoidal high‐density lipoproteins (rHDL) resemble nascent HDL, which are formed at the early reverse cholesterol transport steps, and constitute the initial cholesterol (Chol) acceptors from cell membranes. We have used different sized rHDL containing or not Chol, to tes
