## Abstract Zinc and cadmium concentrations in crayfish (__Procambarus clarkii__) soft tissues (as edible portion) were measured after exposure to zinc and cadmium at 0, 25, 50, or 100 ΞΌg/L for 96 h at 10 or 20Β°C, and compared to environmental standards for human consumption. Results demonstrated t
