The inhibitors of DNA synthesis, 5-fluoro-2'-deoxyuridine and hydroxyurea, caused an inhibition of thymidine kinase, replicative DNA polymerase and CDP reductase activities in stimulated lymphocytes when they were exposed to the inhibitors during the early transformation period (0-17 hr). However, t
