## Abstract The effects of colchicine and 2‐Br‐α‐ergocryptine‐methane‐sulfonate (CB 154) on the release of prolactin and growth hormone have been studied in a clonal strain of rat pituitary tumor cells (GH~3~) in monolayer culture. These cultures produce both prolactin and growth hormone and releas
