✦ Synopsis
This paper presents a mathematical analysis appropriate for the calculation of voltage and current in controlled double circuit type transmission lines. The active and reactive power at both ends of the controlled as well as the ordinary transmission lines are computed. The eflect of the phase shift between the two voltage systems of the two circuits of the controlled line is considered in the investigation.
