β¦ Synopsis
wavelength produced by SHG with a LiNb0,-crystal was 1 . , , , = 360 nm with a repetition rate of 76 MHz and a pulse duration of < 8 ps. The dye laser power on the sample was about 2.5pW focused onto a spot with a diameter of 0.2 mm. The samples were mounted in a He-flow-cryostat and the measurements were performed at a temperature of 13 K.
Time integrated luminescence spectra were recorded by focusing the emitted light into the entrance slit of an optical multichannel analyzer using integration times of 682.4~s and a slit width of 0.5 mm.
