✦ Synopsis
A complete expression of the effective Hamiltonian, and of the generators of its transformation to the reduced form, is considered as a Taylor series in dynamic variables for the (E)-type vibrational state of a rigid molecule with a point symmetry group (C_{3 \mathrm{v}}). The suggested reduction scheme leads to partial conservation of only two types of nondiagonal terms (in the representation (J^{2}, J_{z}, l_{2}) ) out of the six types possible in the effective Hamiltonian in an arbitrary order of the perturbation theory. ic. 1993 Academic Press, Inc.
