## Abstract IgG antibodies bound to effector cells through Fc receptors were observed to determine the specificity of natural cell‐mediated cytotoxicity (NCMC) against cultured target cells. When effector lymphocytes were isolated from the peripheral blood of most individuals, they already possesse
