SUMMARY: We studied the effect of iv administration of leukotriene (LT) \(\mathrm{C}_{4}\) on bronchial responsiveness to histamine and airway wall thickening in guinea-pigs. The infusion of \(3 \mu \mathrm{g} / \mathrm{kg} \mathrm{LTC}\) for \(1 \mathrm{~h}\) induced an increase of the relative thi
