โฆ Synopsis
The effect of the physical (porous) structure of the ionexchange and filtrating materials in ultra-pure water production has been studied. It has been proved that we17 expressed sorntiondesorption possibilities towards organic and inorganic colloidal substances possess the anion-exchangers which have predominating size of the pores in the range of mezopores i.e. from lo+100 nm. Supermacroporous anion-exchangers are not so useful because of abrasive destruction of their beads.
Research shows that this sorption-desorption behaiviour of the anion-exchangers depend mainly on two basic properties: the average size of predominating pores and the inner suecific surface area. The proper choice of the anion-exchangers determines ionexchange as well as sorption functions of the anion-exchange filters.
