Separation of phenol from dilute aqueous solution through polyurethane membranes by pervaporation was investigated. The effect of the methylene group length in poly(alkylene glycols) on permselectivity and solubility of phenol was studied. The poly(alkylene glycols) were obtained by polycondensation
