✦ Synopsis
The effect of temperature on low field dependent microwave absorption (LFDMA) in pure YBa2Cu3OT. ~ prepared by solid state reaction method is studied near To. Our results show that the peak position of LFDMA is slowly varying function of temperature near To. Peak height and hysteresis area of LFDMA vary as (T e -T) ct where ct is different for different samples. Our LFDMA results are explained quantitatively on the basis of simple representative resistively shunted Josephson junction model.

It is shown that the shape of the field-modulated microwave-absorption signal in the mixed state of type-II superconductors reveals the field dependence of the flux-pinning parameters. Experimental data are presented for thin films of YBa2Cu3OT\_6 grown by the pulsed laser deposition (PLD) technique
