## Abstract In this article, a series of polymer–clay nanocomposite (PCN) materials consisted of commercial thermoplastic ABS matrix and dispersing inorganic organoclay platelets were successfully prepared by melt intercalation through the twin‐roller mixer. The as‐prepared materials in the form of
