Annealing in air produces less photocurrent and a small IPC/IDC ratio compared t o those of unannealed CdS : Yb crystals. Annealing in sulfur makes the crystals very conducting without any increase due t o photoexcitation. Annealing in presence of Cd metal makes the photo-response quite fast. Result

## Abstract Constitutive equations are derived for the nonlinear viscoelastic behavior of amorphous glassy polymers. The model is based on the theory of cooperative relaxation in a version of the trapping concept. Stressβstrain relations are applied to fit experimental data for polycarbonate in the
The effect of Na-Oleate on the agglomeration of calcium carbonate was investigated. Oleate is determined by Infrared spectroscopy. In order to detect the amount of Oleate adsorbed on the calcium carbonate crystals, the differential thermal analysis method was used. The agglomerate size and zeta pote
## Abstract Micellar catalyzed polymerization of acrylonitrile using ceric(IV)βglycerol redox system in aqueous sulfuric acid solution in the presence of sodium lauryl sulfate (NaLS) has been studied. The polymerization experiments were conducted between 15Β°C and 25Β°C, under conditions where no oxi
