## Abstract We introduced a method to generate an optical millimeter‐wave (MMW) carrier based on stimulated Brillouin scattering (SBS) and four‐wave mixing (FWM). By placing two single mode fibers and a semiconductor optical amplifier (SOA) along the bidirectional loop, we were able to implement th
