## Abstract The starvation survival and the endogenous metabolism rate were studied in cultures of __Arthrobacter fluorescens__ grown at various dilution rates under ammonium‐limited conditions. In addition, the ammonium‐limited cultures grown at dilution rates of 0.03 and 0.20 h^βˆ’1^ were made oxyg
