Abstract
The changes in ferroelectric properties of barium titanate ceramics caused by irradiation with pile neutrons were investigated. The temperature dependence of the dielectric permittivity, and the temperature hysteresis of barium titanate ceramics nonβirradiated and irradiated with an integrated neutron flux from 10^14^ to 10^19^ n/cm^2^ were measured. Moreover, the changes in the dielectric hysteresis loop of barium titanate ceramics caused by neutron irradiation were investigated.
