For polymer mixtures with narrow-MMD, the most common types of viscosity-composition and elastic modulus-compositions relations are investigated. It is shown that viscosity anomaly in two-phase polymer mixtures develops, when the polymers have different thermodynamic flexibility of macromolecules. I
