Noncardiogenic pulmonary edema in liver transplant recipients is usually secondary to TRALI (transfusion related acute lung injury) or liver ischemic-reperfusion injury. If persistent, the resultant hypoxemia is associated with increased ventilator days, prolonged length of stay (intensive care and
