β¦ Synopsis
We study the properties of high-temperature superconductor films of arbitrary thickness with uniaxial mass anisotropy. We obtain high precision ideal vortex lattice solutions of the generalized three-dimensional nonlinear anisotropic Ginzburg-Landau equations for arbitrary film thickness. The effect of c-crystal axis mass anisotropy on various properties of the high-temperature superconductors such as order parameter, magnetic field variance inside and outside the film, surface energy, and shear modulus of vortex lattice is examined. The anisotropic current density profile is calculated for frequently used experimental film thickness range of YBa 2 Cu 3 O 7Γd .

We analyze the infrared reflectivity of Lal.85Sr0.~sCuO4 single crystals with E parallel to the c-axis. The plasma edge at around 6 meV (50 cm -I ), which occurs only for T < TΒ’, is due to Cooper-pair tunneling. This low value of the plasma edge is shown to be consistent with the c-axis plasma frequ
The purpose of this paper is to explain the unusual isotope coefficients of cuprates by considering the influence of a pseudogap and phononic and electronic interactions in weak-coupling limit. Exact analytic expressions of the isotope exponent (a) for the s-and d-wave pairing symmetry are derived.
