โฆ Synopsis
The effect of anaerobic (N 2 -1-C02) pre-incubation in the dark on photosynthetic reactions (02 evolution, measured manometrically and with the oxygraph; fluorescence; and photoproduction of H 2, measured with the mass spectrometer) was studied in algae with hydrogenase (strains of Chlorella ]usca, C. kessleri, C. vulgaris ]. tertia, and Ankistrodesmus braunii) and in algae without hydrogenase (strains of Chlorella vulgaris, C. saccharophila, and C. minutissima).
We studied the effect of anaerobic pre-incubation in the dark on three different photosynthetic reactions, i.e., photosynthetic 0 3 evolu-1 From the collection of Dr. Mary B. Allen.
