The human multidrug-resistance-associated protein (MRP), a member of the adenosine triphosphate (ATP)-binding cassette transporter superfamily, is frequently overexpressed in tumor cells resistant to antineoplastic drugs. In the rat, two Mrp isoforms have been identified, Mrp and cMrp. cMrp, also ca
