β¦ Synopsis
Graduate training in agroforestry is offered at two institutions in Australia, the Australian National University and the University of Melbourne. Agroforestry at Melbourne benefits from being in a combined School of Agriculture and Forestry. Melbourne recently also commenced an undergraduate program. Agroforestry is interpreted rather broadly to include any uses of trees in the rural landscape. Most emphasis at the undergraduate level is on temperate Australia, while that at the post-graduate level is much more tropically oriented.
