โฆ Synopsis
The following collection of papers represents a coalition of statistics and cytogenetics which was the theme of a workshop sponsored by the Genetic Toxicology Association in September, 1983. The organizers of the workshop and the Editors of Environmental Mutagenesis wish to express their sincere appreciation to the authors for their efforts and cooperation both at the workshop itself and in the evolution of these manuscripts for publication. Thanks are also due to the three Special Editors who generously volunteered their time and effort to review these papers. Hopefully, the reader will appreciate the formidable task taken on by Joseph Irr, Ronald Snee and G. Jay Graepel. What may not be clear to the reader is the tremendous contribution these three have made in guiding these papers to their final polished state.
