EDITORIAL COMMENT CONCERNING PROOFS
In the interest of rapid publication, authors have not, in the past, received proofs of their papers, and every effort has been made by the publisher to ensure accuracy m publication.
Beginning with Volume 11, unless otherwise explicitly requested by the authors, all first-named authors of contributions accepted for publication will be sent proofs of their paper, with the strict requirement that a corrected proof is returned to the publisher without delay.
In order to maintain the planned publication schedule of the journal, the publisher reserves the right, if necessary, to proceed with in-house proofreading only.
