## Abstract ## Background. The majority of ectopic adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH)‐secreting tumors are localized in the chest or abdomen. Occasionally, these tumors are found in the paranasal sinuses. ## Methods. We present 2 unusual cases of ectopic ACTH syndrome whose ACTH‐secreting tumors
