✦ Synopsis

Economic evaluation has not had a major impact on health care policy and decision-making to date. Are health economists providing answers to the wrong questions or are their solutions inaccessible to decision-makers? With an emphasis on a primary care led NHS and against a background of increasing demands on limited resources, this conference aims to explore the issues surrounding the application of economic theory to facilitate decisions in the environment of primary care.
