Subarachnoid haemorrhage (SAH) is a neurological emergency with high mortality rates. It is mainly caused by rupture of an aneurysm (congenital/infectious/ traumatic) or rupture of an arteriovenous malformation. Electrocardiograms (ECGs) done in patients with SAH have shown morphological changes as
