β¦ Synopsis
The action of external signals (constant, serrated, and its derivative, sinusoidal) on the RNN permit us to detect new specific features in the neural network dynamics, such as inertia, swapping, and depression. Besides phenomena such as flocking of active neurons, external stimulus amplification and keeping the external stimulus trace have been observed.

Some interlaced block-sequential modes of operation are introduced for discrete-time cellular neural networks (DTCNN), and the corresponding convergence conditions are investigated. It is proved that DTCNNs, under some block-sequential updating rules, result to be convergent when the feedback templa
## Abstract Timeβdependent behavior of a CPW line under optical modulation is characterized using a largeβsignal vector network analyzer. The influence of the optical modulation frequency on the propagation of high carrier frequencies along a CPW is discussed in this article. Different operation co
