After publication of our articles [1] and [2] we realized that some mathematical misprints appear systematically (and, unfortunately, were not discovered in proofreading). Their origin was mostly due to a wrong application of a 'cut and paste' procedure. However, none of them compromises any of the proofs, which were carried out using the correct expressions.
